      Some progress in agentic AI.

      Cons

      Oh my god. Where do I start? You will be disciplined for the slightest error. Or rubbing someone the wrong way. Anti learning culture. Excessive micromanagement in AWT. No autonomy. Excessive restrictions over what AI and technology to use. There is no cutlery in the office. Not even glassware or plates. I've seen colleagues eat cake from paper cups. In an 11T AUM company. Blame culture. Middle managers will throw you under the bus to save their own skin. It literally feels like you're a stormtrooper in the Galactic Empire.

      Lots of networks to get involved with.

      Cons

      Not an actual program - no training structure or learning opportunities. Often limited progression and high turnover at a junior level. Low compensation package compared to competitors. Would not recommend.
