Being fully remote was the only plus

Literally everything else… lack of proper support/training, micromanagement, unwillingness to help find the right fit.

Pros

Great teammates and customers. Contributing to nonprofits with mostly great missions. Mostly good direct managers.

Cons

Senior leadership too beholden to the stock market and short term thinking. This has led to nearly annual layoff cycles, significant offshoring of jobs, and a deteriorating relationship with customers.
