Blackbaud reviews

I was given stock as a bonus for going above and beyond in my role that was worth hefty amount at that time. This stock bonus was in lieu of a cash bonus at the time it was awarded. Unfortunately, I was laid off 2 months before that stock vested, and the company didn't pass that on as part of my severance. I understand that there is a vesting period for a reason, but it left a bad taste in my mouth since the company was giving the stock instead of a cash bonus for great performance. There have been a lot of long-time employees that have left in the last few years because the company culture has changed and nobody feels safe or appreciated. Blackbaud used to be like a second home.

Alot of stuff gets dumped onto CSM, and the attitude seems to be mostly that if anything has to do with a customer that the CSM should handle it. As a CSM, it felt like the company should serve the customers more instead of defining why they shouldn't help customers and understand what the solutions do and how to answer basic questions.
