      Pros

      Proximity to my home and that's about it.

      Cons

      Woefully outdated software and products Unreasonable/unrealistic goals and expectations set upon staff Ever-shifting focus, Change fatigue. Staff is seen as little more than a number on a spreadsheet. Career Growth is non-existant, and this will be their biggest takeaway, but nothing meaningful will be done about it. The amount of red tape to get anything done is mind blowing

      They aim to help non-profits.

      Cons

      Blackbaud is committed to creating internal systems that seem designed to prevent any customer from receiving proper support. Morale in support is rock bottom. People joke about suicide being a positive alternative to coming into work the next day. Not enough time is given to us to do our jobs, making working on weekends somewhat mandatory if you want to succeed. Training is grossly insufficient, or more likely not available. It is very sink-or-swim. If I get up from my computer to go to the bathroom, I *will* receive a call from my manager asking why I'm impacting my metrics, which govern everything I do, minute by minute.

      Excellent PTO Plan Colleagues Amenities Supporting non-profit organization's missions

      Cons

      Pay is comparably low Stress Unrealistic goals Extra on-call time Since the new HQ was built, the Customer Operations Center has become a second thought.
