Pros

All remote work. The nonprofit clients are great to work with.

Cons

Leadership is completely out of touch with staff. They say employees are the priority but their hypocrisy is clear in the constant staff layoffs. The tech is old and is constantly crashing, combine that with the layoffs of staff that understand the products and they're creating difficult service issues for the clients. Definitely keep your resume updated and don't stop searching for other opportunities - Blackbaud's loyalty is to their shareholders only.

- Stable - Great teams - (sometimes) meaningful work

Cons

- middling pay - promotions are based on time and time alone - very little reward for going above and beyond - disappointing and restrictive tech - LOTS of red tape - siloed teams
