Pros

Blackbaud has allowed me to change jobs and focus on things I am interested in. My job is reasonably flexible with hours and my needs, and I've always received everything I ask for. The culture is extremely supportive of us as individuals and teams and supportive of work-life balance and taking care of yourself. This support has been vital for staying on top of my health issues, and is why I've stayed with Blackbaud.

Cons

Upper level management and products have completely changed directions several times throughout my career and my teams have had to just roll with that change.
