Pros

Nothing significant to highlight here.

Cons

Frequent layoffs and lack of job security create a stressful environment. Management lacks clarity and consistency. Short employment spans (as little as 40 days) raise concerns about hiring practices. It's difficult to focus on work when you're constantly worried about job stability.

Pros

Remote work, not intrusive management and good work-life balance

Cons

The compensation is low, with no additional incentives for CR employees, aside from a $50 power and internet subsidy. I was hired as a Real-Time Analyst but was later assigned scheduling tasks that were not included in my contract, without receiving a pay increase.

Pros

-I was at Blackbaud during a rapid growth stage before COVID and while rolling out BBMS. -At the time great vision, solid product, really tied to customers and their mission.

Cons

-I think after COVID they have lost their way a bit. -There was a real bait and switch with One Rate and how there would never be monthly minimums or monthly fees unless used, then during COVID they pushed a monthly cost to every product that was payment enabled. This was also roughly at the same time of the ransomware attack. -It is a company that I do not think should be publicly traded. It's very difficult to speak to an NPO that is asking you about executive compensation, when equity is cashed out by execs, it's all public and while product price and exec comps are separate issues, they are ultimately connected.
