Pros

The whole team are amazing and the customer base are too! Working with the marketing leading fundraising solutions. The people first culture.

Cons

Internal politics, but then this can be an issue in any global business. Working with some legacy solutions, but this is to be expected with a software company that's over 40 years old and the speed of innovation now is incredible!

Name brand in the non-profit space, and been around for over 40 years.

Cons

"Leadership and management issues contribute to a toxic work culture. Quotas were raised to unsustainable levels without adequate compensation for employees. Customer support is severely lacking, leading to long-term trust issues with clients. High turnover is a major concern—I had four managers in 2.5 years, and 9 out of 14 reps left last year alone. The base salary is low, and some territories offer limited opportunities. Additionally, inbound leads are scarce, and AEs are expected to meet a high volume of metrics."
