      Pros

      The people at my level doing the work were great.

      Cons

      The directors and executives don't do any work, but rather take lots of days "working at home" and do no real work other than getting on conference call to tell everyone what to do. They aren't appropriate for their positions either. Many of them have achieved their status by being bad at their jobs.

      Pros

      Lots of time off. Can work from home if needed. Good place to start your corporate career.

      Cons

      Budgets are cut every year. Told to do more with less. Workload increases every year with less resources and tools to complete work. Pay raises are a joke. It's basically cost of living increase. Work/life balance has gotten worse every year. You get a lot of time off but are indirectly penalized for taking time off. Even when on vacation, you are still expected to check emails, etc.

      Pros

      The best things are the alcoholic delights are given periodically. Not having to work weekends is also a plus.

      Cons

      In support you are vastly underpaid for how stressful it is. Most use it as their springboard to a different department. The training although lengthy is not enough and most newbies fizzle out. Management is okay with high levels of
