Pros

Target Analytics has a group of very smart, nice, effective people. Their mission to serve non-profits is impressive and the products they use to help non-profits achieve their goals are very sophisticated analytically.

Cons

Culture and values declined after being acquired by Blackbaud. Many departments that once ran smoothly are very chaotic and less effective. Blackbaud should be working to diversify their senior management team as well as their middle manager team and to focus on retention of women and minorities.

Blackbaud is a for profit company. Sometimes that can feel conflicting since profits are being made at the expense of non-profits.
