Pros
Nonprofit customers are great, really make you feel like you are making a difference in your day to day. Company has really tried over the past few years to improve internal processes and done office renovations to keep employees happy. People stay here for a LONG time. Many people that have been at company for 15, 20 years.
Cons
Very few female executives, compensation is OK for Austin and Charleston but not competitive for other geographical areas , lots of products, little stability with executive over the past few years
