      Good Company - but not good enough to keep you from constantly looking around.

      Pros

      Decent pay for SC. Great people to work with. Good work life balance (no after hours work required). Gym on site. Ability to work from home.

      Cons

      Merit raises are minimal at best - 1-3% for outstanding work. Not all positions have level progression - leaving you to either look for new positions to see more than merit increases in salary. Those who are not good at their jobs remain - seems impossible to get fired. (This could be seen as a pro.) Very little in the way of culture.

      Good opportunities for career growth - pay is well if you are in sales

      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunity for growth at the management/director level. They tend to stay in those positions for a long time.

      Blackbaud is a great company to work for. They have great benefits and employee input is always sought to try and improve business practice. There is also plenty of opportunity for advancement.

      Cons

      With a company this size you can sometimes be overwhelmed by the corporate culture.
