      Dedicated Individual Contributors Ability to work for some great non-profits whose missions are noble and worthy

      Cons

      Mgt focus is all about the bottom line $ and employees are a means to an end You are assessed on your ability to not upset certain mgt and can go from asset to a liability in a heartbeat

      The Professional Services department is doomed

      Pros

      There are some really brilliant people here and this is a great company if you want to keep your head down and just coast.

      Cons

      Management has no idea what's going on on the ground and are completely oblivious as to what needs to be done. The pay is pretty low for the market, and the work/life balance has gone from great to terrible. With the constant lay-offs and management's ability to never get anything done the Professional Services department here is sinking fast. It's best to abandon ship and get out now.
