      Pros

      great colleagues, opportunities to work with clients that have great causes, onsite food option

      Cons

      Low pay, pathetic annual increases even with stellar performance, constant reorganizing, poor benefits, difficult to achieve growth. For an international software company, much of the management team is too uncomfortable to allow regular frequent remote work, poor location for commute for anyone that lives off the island. Onsite food option is very expensive.

      Pros

      The people! I like the people I work with. Everyone gets along and has fun getting work done. Good work life balance. I love what we do for the non-profit world.

      Cons

      Old school management. The executive team isn't open to new ideas or better ways of doing things. Benefits are horrible...low pay, bad health benefits, poor raises even if you consistently have great annual reviews.

      Pros

      Blackbaud provides a solid foundation and a true feeling of giving back through the non-profits it serves. Blackbaud has its challenges as with any growing company but there are a lot of smart people that have the drive to create change where needed.

      Cons

      There has been a lot of change over the past few years. Having a new CEO that will prove valuable in helping to align the company.
