Pros
Positive environment with lots of ways to make new friends outside of your function. I worked in the best function at the time. My manager as well as as our head of marketing at the time were amazing people to work with.
Cons
Like most tech businesses, at the time there were lots of of org changes. The pay could be better, especially since inflation and being based in London.
