Pros

I have truly amazing colleagues at Blackbaud. The ones that don't fit in don't stick around long and the unfair treatment they feel is because their behaviours do not align to the company values, which are brilliantly aligned to our work in the NFP sector. Those that do fit it in are great colleagues and they thrive, typically with long tenure and have careers in varying roles. The company now behaves more global than ever and is transitioning into an exciting place.

Cons

A newly launched Workplace Strategy means that there are limits now to your career if you want to progress since certain roles operate out of particular offices but really there are so many opportunities that many will not be impacted by this. I really don't have any cons other than that, it's a great place to work!

Pros

Great people, good learning and growth as the company continues to expand.

Cons

As in all companies, not everything is perfect but I feel good about the engagement the leadership brings towards change.
