Too much stress and multitasking. You only have 4 minutes to document everything that happened on a 1-2 hour phone call. They are always breathing on your neck and if you are one of the last to leave, you cannot leave until you handle everything it's pending. Also, they block some times of the month (depend on the product that you work with) and you cannot request days off or vacations. Also, their software sucks, and internally it's a mess. It can become quite a task to help a customer when you don't know how or who to reach out to for help.

They could not tolerate working with someone who had invisible disabilities. They discriminated pretty hard, non HR mgmt would say things like "oh you're abusing your accommodations" when I was on breaks, keep me isolated from coworkers, and tried to micromanage every waking second.
