      Great while it lasted.

      Pros

      Worked with a lot of smart people with great ideas. I learned a lot about the business world that helped me in my current year. I also was given a lot of opportunities for promotions and career advancement.

      Cons

      Once the company became publicly traded the culture changed. Revenue numbers became more important than people. Also with the company acquisitions, employees from acquired companies were basically made to conform or leave.

      Pros

      People, most of the people are very altruistic and are there to support the non profit community.

      Cons

      - Leadership is not good, everybody has been there for 14 years and don't know anything outside of SC - Benefits are decent - Sexism is rampant, the culture is beaten down, and most people overall are unqualified for roles, but they just don't know how to assimilate new employees

      Pros

      The people I worked with were great people.

      Cons

      Management will consistently ask the engineers for advice on how to proceed in a project, then disregard that advice and go their own way. In addition, changes are often pushed to production systems without testing.
