1. They don't give any raise, stocks or bonus to employees. The management enjoys with all the benefits 2. None of the managers are humans. They treat you like **it and abuse your time 3. There's no work/life balance. They make you work 15-16 hours a day 4. They abuse you with green card aspiration and exploit you

I do want to point out that your statement about compensation is incorrect. We actually do provide raises and offer a generous employee stock plan, in addition to some great benefits, like our paid-time off for volunteerism. Lot of politics, poor leadership , lack of bonus

Friendly people ( not the management) . work life balance is there in some groups.

Cons

Lot of politics : Upper management hiring their ex- colleagues. poor leadership : Clearly there is no focus. lack of bonus: salary is low compared to other East bay companies. Plus no bonus. Employees are not motivated. zero career growth. If you are good in politics, you can grow for sure.

Brutal politics at every level, obvious and irrational favoritism from leadership, no reward for working hard or smart, minuscule (if any) salary increase each year. It's all about who and how you brown-nose to get promoted. Overall terrible culture. Stay away if you can - save your career and your mental sanity.
