      Pros

      Ok pay. Co-workers were great, most of them.

      Cons

      Lack of management in IT. There's a CIO and a CTO and they're like two kids fighting and you're caught in the middle. When I first started it was a mess, long hours, lack of people, high stress, getting yelled at for what I don't know. Very political arena. Last manager didn't seem to care much about the team.

      Management all clicky and help each other. Weak management and lack of structure and direction.

      Pros

      Great work environment. Lots of fun activities that extend to the family around the holidays. Managers and leadership is approachable. Workload is feast or famine.

      Cons

      No clear path to promotions. Not sure if management really wants employees to grow professionally. Pay is below average, stock options can help.
