Good technology and getting better Really hot market - payments and in the middle of it Always looking to add the right people Expectations are high Never a dull moment

Cons

Never a dull moment - But if you like a startup like environment, you'll like Blackhawk As with any startup environment, management sometimes checks reality at the door Infrastructure with respect to development needs some work

The people are great. The groups I work with work really hard and do work long hours too but they also know how to take a break from the seriousness and have fun with it.

Cons

Needs to be more communication from the top down. Leadership should be consistent companywide.

A fast growing company in financial industry. I enjoy working in such a fast paced environment and people here are always friendly and helpful

Cons

Working hour is a little bit long and sometimes you also have to handle late project deployment and late conference call.
