      It is a job with a pay scale that is $3.00 per hour lower than other merchandising jobs in my area.

      Cons

      Everything you do is not right. Poor communication unless you are being reprimanded. My immediate supervisor is rude and arrogant.

      Pros

      The Colorado Springs team was the best team I have ever worked with. They were hard working, smart, and always helpful. They built, from scratch, the software that forms the basis for everything the company does.

      Cons

      Due to a power play at the executive level the company completely shut down the Colorado Springs facility, laying off almost 50 people, the creators and maintainers of the software that is the backbone of the company. No knowledge transfers, as well as no transfer offers. All because the Colorado Springs office was a creation of an executive that fell out of power.
