      Pros

      Fun work environment. Good time off and compensation. Work from home ability. Lots to learn and good POTENTIAL growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Management plays favorites. Not a lot of transparency. "Merit Raises" are a joke and don't even cover cost of living increases. Only certain people are on the 'growth' path.

      Great work environment. Lots of fun activities that extend to the family around the holidays. Managers and leadership is approachable. Workload is feast or famine.

      Cons

      No clear path to promotions. Not sure if management really wants employees to grow professionally. Pay is below average, stock options can help.
