      Pros

      Profitable company and evolving product with good outlook for future evolvement. Some people are nice, some are not. Work can be interesting.

      Cons

      No ability to stretch out into different positions; very political. Cube situation is horrible. You are not supposed to complain. Disorganized.

      Not micromanage. Encourages you to think outside the box.Fun work. Nice people. Flexible but difficult to manage other work.

      Cons

      Even though it's only part time it hard to have a second job. The want flexibility through out the week.
