Pros

The occasional extra day annual leave across the business. 1 a quarter. Nothing else as a pro I would say it’s expectation from an employer

Cons

New wave of management seem to be pretty clueless and there’s too many stakeholders going over the top of one another making it fundamentally impossible to do your job. They take no care of mental health wellbeing and actually use this as grounds for dismissal. A far cry from what this place used to be before being twice brought out
