      good benefits, nice coworkers, remote work environment unless close to an office

      Cons

      no real training program. Salaries are low, no bonuses. Not a lot of upward growth potential.

      Pros

      - Operations staff are nice, but lack direction and do the same things repeatedly. - You will get some amount of fintech experience in processing. - The CEO is great and humble

      Cons

      - Director-level and Up management (at least in my area) is just horrible, de-motivating, and operates by threatening employees. - Prioritize talking to and helping employees who do the actual work and get feedback (Pulse survey does not work). Reduce the management layers. - The company should hire leaders who motivate excellence and empower employees - Differentiate high-performing employees with bonuses.
