      Relatively easy work if experienced

      Cons

      Little control over territory they assign stores per week. Mileage and travel doesn’t start until 1st store which could be an hour away. Mileage doesn’t end up covering gas cost & is determined by the app. It is done to cost less for company and more for rep. Low pay, low raises if any.

      No career growth, bad sr mgt team, they are acting like bosses, not leaders. Not allowed to make mistakes here.

      Too many silos. Good place to work, but they can take years to promote stellar employees. No internal growth opportunities.
