Pros

Very efficient & organized sales operations, with a solid management structure,good team that want you to succeed,plenty of transparency, honesty & very clear KPI's. Plenty of tools for an efficient sales op & every chance of success with a high growth agency; I was with the agency for 5 years & found the work engaging & pretty interesting.constantly evolving & changing so there are opprtunities to grow your career & elevate yourself. I would recommend.

Cons

Realisically I cant think of any, I left because my role there was going in a direction direction & of course another offer from another company.
