      Pros

      Employees who come up with solutions to challenges are rewarded frequently for their efforts. The business is growing quickly, which provides lots of opportunities for team members to move up and develop into career roles.

      Cons

      Health Benefits are not currently offered, however, pay is competitive (well above Min. Wage for all roles)

      Pros

      Co-workers are awesome people, just stuck in a horrible place.

      Cons

      Horrible management. They do not know how to run a company or treat employees. Employees are disposable to them and they treat them like children. Every aspect of a day to day is controlled, and if you make a mistake, expect to be fired within a week. Or, expect to be fired if management gets an itch to let someone go. They cannot go one month without firing someone, and they will do everything they can to find an "excuse" to do so. No benefits whatsoever. Also breakroom is constantly dirty and there are flies/gnats everywhere.
