      Pros

      Blakehurst cares greatly for its employees and offers various benefits packages. The community is very close and the residents, of course, are the best.

      Cons

      Excessive micromanagement from upper level management. Lack of clear focus and communication can disrupt tasks and make people lazy. Some days are also very busy...prepare to multi task.
