      Blank Rome prides itself on its unique culture, but there isn’t really anything unique about them. Good transactional lawyers, better litigators, just another average Philly large law firm, that pays in the second tier

      Some partners are supportive and a pleasure to work with, pro bono commitment, nice offices

      Cons

      Inter-practice group politics, some partners unfairly demanding, when the work dries up, there is little to no allegiance--they will offload you.
