We would appreciate hearing more and talking with you about your impressions, as we have a very strong commitment to our staff and continue to demonstrate on an ongoing basis that everyone is valued and appreciated. Recognitions range from our BRAVO awards to staff appreciation to ongoing highlights of staff within the firm and various events. We have heard from staff throughout the firm expressing their gratefulness for all the firm has done over the past years to continue to make this a great place to work. Our medical plans are very heavily subsidized by the firm, and the profit sharing plan generous, with entry on a fully vested basis on the January or July after your second year anniversary.
