Pros

Blank Rome promotes from within. They care about the professional development of their staff and attorneys. Human Resources Operations have improved significantly over the past few years.

Cons

Commute can be challenging and unpredictable.

Pros

The people I worked with were nice and I made some good friends. The generous salary is the only firm-wide redeeming quality.

Cons

Very demanding schedule; very poor benefits (no 401k match, high premiums for insurance policies); inconsistent information about forthcoming raises/bonuses.
