Business Outlook
Pros
challenging work, ability to work out of multiple offices and flexibility with completing work from home, billable expectations are comparable to other mid-large size firms
Cons
benefits are lacking (no matching 401k, expensive health insurance), no clear guidelines for bonuses or increased compensation, not much cooperation between practice groups (which is problematic during periods of slow work), depending on the practice group there is very little mentorship/senior-attorney oversight, which can result in sub-par work
