Several opportunities for growth; Supportive staff & great team events; Management is dedicated to finding the right spot in the company for you!; I've had 4+ titles over the years at BT and have had many opportunities to try new things and see where my skills apply best.

Cons

Portfolio is limited to PNW (but that means we're specialized in our communities!)
