      I love that everyone in BT really make the environment a fun people environment. The HR team has been the best and so fast to respond. When this company says its cares about the people, it truly does! Perks are amazing, snacks/food & drinks in the downtown office are always the best

      Cons

      parking sucks but they pay us a parking stipend each month :)

      Portfolio is spread out across a wide region, difficult to get everyone together.

      The people. The people at Blanton Turner is truly the heart of the company. Everyone is understanding and easy to talk to. Managers are supportive and want to help you succeed.
