      Good Pay, Manageable Work, Flexible Schedule.

      Cons

      The company seems to be having constant financial issues. Employees are constantly being fired or quitting unexpectedly. Instead of compensating staff appropriately, the work of employees and contractors past gets piled onto whoever remains with 0 pay increase. Either this, or new contractors are hired to repeat the cycle. There is a HUGE issue with micromanagement. No room for growth because the company tends to hire mostly contractors who they mistreat because contractors don't have the same rights as employees. No benefits, no job security, no PTO.
