Pros

The work is meaningful to the black community, thus makes you feel good as a contributor. The organization has been structured well.

Cons

The company growth is in a space where promoting from within is not a primary focus. They want pros in lower seats to maximize the growth. Some members of the senior leadership team have created a very toxic work environment.
