      Terrible leadership. Tons of miscommunication and inefficiencies in the workplace.

      I had no problem joining this company

      Blavity has a terrible leadership that does its job horribly. There are many instances of miscommunication in the workplace because the leaders are terrible at communicating. The workplace is also inefficient due to the poor and ineffective delegation of the leadership. The leaders here don't feel like leaders at all.

      Friendly coworkers and a relaxed surface culture.

      Cons

      Flexibility was talked about but rarely practiced. Processes were rigid, approvals were slow, and deviations were discouraged. Even small changes required multiple layers of sign-off. The disconnect between messaging and reality created disappointment and limited adaptability.
