1. It doesn’t take long for great talent to “max out” in their career track 2. In retail, the finish line is constantly being moved to get that next promotion. Leaders will provide things to work on and once that’s complete, it’s never enough. 3. Promotions are given based on personal popularity, not performance.

Spire is an incredible place to start out and grow your career. You will be taught everything you need to know to grow and develop. They really work with you at your speed and help you grow as quickly as you want. Put in the effort to learn, develop and grow and the sky is the limit! The best place I have worked and I will continue to grow along with the membership, company and coworkers!

Cons

Work life balance with Saturday's and longer hours on Friday's.
