Pros

Generous benefits that support employee health. Considerate managers and close knit teams. Fun holiday outings and generous quarterly goals paid out to the entire company.

Cons

You have to remain in your hired position for one full year before you are ever considered to be a worthy candidate for an internal position even if you would be a superior applicant for another role Blaze is hiring for. If you start in customer service good luck ever getting out of it unless that is what you want. There are rigid requirements on upward mobility and even if you prove yourself you will have to wait. If you ever thought working remotely at Blaze would be an option, there are employees who work remotely in admin that are being pushed out, the company is slowly pushing employees back into office.

Pros

Benefits, Pay, Previous relationships before the conversion

Cons

VPS and management team VERY controlling and toxic. Always making you look like the bad guy and make it your fault when it is the management and how VP/AVP run things. CEO is MIA making commercials while everyone else is just picking up the work after the mess
