Cons

When it was announced that Hiway and Spire were to merge, they called it a merger of equals. That's a lie, Spire treated this as an acquisition. Spire leaders refused to listen to suggestions from members and staff. They micromanage everything, they don't let managers lead their teams to the best of their abilities. If you maybe a mistake, even a small one, you'll be subjected to getting yelled at, swore at, and treated disrespectful from upper management before they have all the facts.
