Pros

Co-workers are wonderful. You get to talk to great people everyday and help them find a great opportunity. You're off every weekend...but working nights and weekends are silently encouraged

Cons

Managements lacks innovation. They're unable to solve problems or fix broken processes - instead they lay people off, fire them on bogus claims and poor training and create unrealistic standards designed to push employees out through attrition...that's very unethical and gross. - No one really tells you what a career path looks like here...because I guess they don't expect you to make it. No development. Churn and burn. - Very siloed - people are not encouraged to work together. - Commissions suck and aren't motivating Pay is not competitive
