Absolutely the best job ive ever had through agency. They answer all your question as fast and best they can. They are incredibly helpful and patient. Incredibly happy working here.

Cons

Rare payroll mishaps but they always fixed it.

They are very communicative and strive to answer ALL your questions with in a nice time frame at least 12 hours if that. They make you feel special and apart as a family. I haven't been happier working for and with this agency. They keep in touch sometimes off hours, and that shows a lot. They connect with you make you feel comfortable and relaxed. My agent is Andrae Cook. Couldn't of handpicked a better person to work with me. Thank you Andrae.

Pros

Blazerworks is different from other recruiting agencies. You don’t have to market/makes sales. This job is not hard if you just try. Recently upped the base salary for every one which helps a lot. You get 12 days PTO and can work from home when you’re sick. Eventually you get a 1 day work from home day after gaining candidates. You get commission right off the bat and don’t have to wait for it.

Cons

It can be hard to grow into leadership since this is a smaller/newer brand under Solaint. Managers are pretty good for the most part, some micromanagement that can get under your skin at times.
