The work we do genuinelly makes lives better.

Cons

Low salary with no annual raises. Commisions are capped. Management doesn't get large salary increases so there is little motivation to move up.

Great location! You get to work inside the RaceTrac building that overlooks the Braves stadium.

Cons

No onboard training & Poor management. It feels like the blind leading the blind. You will have 12 different ppl/leadership tell you different things on how to handle situations all for it to come back and blow up in your face. Once you make a mistake they will hold that on your entire career and prevent you from advancement. No diversity on the sales team as there was only one black male throughout the whole sales team.

- Everyone on the team is helpful. - You have flex hours. You can choose to work 7-4 or 8-5

Cons

- Very disorganized start-up - High turnover due to intense work-load & being underpaid - Not a very cultured environment - Will hire literally anyone... - Favoritism exist here - account managers will do the most work compared to AEs....yet get paid a poor wage.
