I thrive on the dynamic nature of the role, where limitless commissions motivate me. While we have specific metrics to meet I believe the targets are reasonable and achievable. Furthermore, the freedom to employ individualized recruitment methods enhances job satisfaction

Great location! You get to work inside the RaceTrac building that overlooks the Braves stadium.

Cons

No onboard training & Poor management. It feels like the blind leading the blind. You will have 12 different ppl/leadership tell you different things on how to handle situations all for it to come back and blow up in your face. Once you make a mistake they will hold that on your entire career and prevent you from advancement. No diversity on the sales team as there was only one black male throughout the whole sales team.
