Cons

Not so much a Con; more of ‘a good problem to have.’ Our client, practice, employee, and consultant growth have all been tremendous, and C2G Partners is on a trajectory to be a larger company over the next few years. No company is perfect, but at the end of the day, all suggestions and comments are being heard and evaluated at C2G Partners. As the company grows, it will be able to act on more of the cost-impacting ideas, such as contributions to the 401K plan.

- As far as I know, it's an overall great company. The scale now is not that large, but it is growing fast.

Pros

There's a lot of very smart and experienced people here who invest their time and knowledge into the company.

Cons

The company is smaller so some of the benefits are mediocre but that also gives it an entrepreneurial and start-up vibe. Everyone there is focusing on immediate growth!
