      Pros

      - Technology and Ai focused consulting with lots of opportunities to learn new skills - Smart people who are capable - Company has a positive long-term growth trajectory - Great benefits - Very diverse culturally with international offices in India, Europe, Canada, and South America - High growth

      Cons

      - Some bickering between sales and delivery teams causes internal conflict (client profitability focused) - Company is relatively small, so very sensitive to economic changes (fast hiring then layoffs if work does not continue), but this was also magnified in 2023 as other companies were retracting as well - Some of the clients are very small and resources are put on projects with small allocations, but client partners still want supreme effort just small billing - Inconsistencies in internal processes causes friction across teams

We understand that recent economic changes can be uncomfortable for our employees, unfortunately, change can be hard and cause friction and we are constantly looking for ways to relieve stress. Regarding your feedback on improving communication transparency, it is always a goal within leadership to filter communication back down to the teams, it is not always perfect, but we try hard at it and we are committed to improving . Balance between sales and delivery is a common challenge with many companies and we are working on ways to better align teams so that everyone feels satisfied.
