Pros

Great community of people- they're very careful to hire those who fit very well into the organization. I feel well-compensated for the job I do. Management is cheerful, thoughtful, and understanding. And, we get to work with big clients. My job specifically is very flexible, allowing me to work from home whenever I need to.

Cons

Since this company is somewhat new and rapidly growing, they are still building their benefits offerings to match those of similar companies.

Great company for graduates to learn and grow fast

Pros

Working for a consulting company allows me to get involved with different projects in different industries, which is a perfect scenario for me to learn and grow very fast. I've learned 5-6 new tools after joining as well as business rules in industries such as insurance, retail, online grocery, etc.

From day 1, very professional. All my interactions with the team helped guide me through the process, the interview prep I did was essential for to understand what the hiring manager was looking for in the person that was to fill the role. I never felt unimportant. I always felt that the entire team were always looking out for my best interests and took an interest in what we were doing at Citi. I’ve worked with other consulting/employment companies in the past - none of them hold a candle to what Blend brings to the table. From the top down, all my interactions were always professional and there was also the personal side of it as well. I always felt the team cared about me as an individual.

Cons

None. If you want to work as a contractor - this is the place to do it.
