      Pros

      Blend360 is a phenomenal place to work! Extremely supportive Exec Leadership Team, highly engaged managers, and a brilliant team of Engineers across multiple capabilities. This is a company where everyone has a voice! We seek creative problem solvers, people who can come to the table with new and interesting ways of achieving a goal. We are an organization that believes in lifting people into the upper echelons of their careers. I count myself extremely fortunate to be a member of this incredible team!

      The fast pace can feel a bit hectic, but there are always people you can lean on to share the load.

      Pros

      I've been with Blend for almost 2 years and can honestly say it's one of the best companies I've ever worked for. The benefits, flexibility and culture is amazing. We have lots of fun in person events, holiday parties, volunteer events, happy hours, etc. While we work on a hybrid schedule they let me chose which days I want to come in and if you're sick, busy, or the weather stinks they're very flexible on those days. The people are wonderful, friendly, understanding, smart and really hard workers. The office is beautiful and up to date and I feel very well compensated between regular pay and commissions.

      Cons

      There's a lot of things behind the scenes that you're not involved with or spoken to about. Obviously these are a lot of upper management choices so why would I be. But it's not until the aftershock/effects come where you realize it would've been nice to be somewhat kept in the loop on how the company is doing overall, what direction we are going, what needs to change, etc. As a recruiter some of our clients really aren't the greatest, there tends to be a lot of miscommunication and at times too many cooks in the kitchen.
